The career highlights you discover here should illustrate the breadth of my experience. ​I've written award-winning copy, shaped successful acquisitions, left my mark in content spanning Snapchat to sports stadiums, and cultivated tone of voice at every touchpoint of user journeys. 
 
Along the way, I've learned what makes me happiest is doing the right work with passionate people. The teams who disrupt norms to deliver exceptional, empathetic experiences.

What I can do for you

User experience

I am a content designer and strategist, with a keen sense for user needs and low tolerance for friction. I craft user research studies to validate hypotheses, produce low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and optimize end-to-end experiences with concise, accessible content. 

Writing

My mastery of language stems from a lifelong love of reading and syntax. This innate desire to play with words transformed into a career touching nearly every kind of written tactic —from button copy to blogs, advertising to AI. I write all types of content with passion, precision and purpose. 

Tools

My dad studied computer science before it was cool, so I was techie soon after teething. I quickly learn any creative or collaboration software put in front of me. Some I know well are Figma, Miro, Airtable, Adobe, ChatGPT, Copilot, Loop, Jira, Productboard, Workfront, Microsoft Teams and Office 365.

Healthcare

I spent most of my career working for healthcare organizations, so some might call me a specialist. I’m an expert in patient and  provider products and marketing. I understand population health management and payment models, value-based care and regulatory compliance.

What I appreciate most about Natalie is her creative restlessness. She's remarkably effective at designing engaging customer experiences, but her persistence continues well beyond launch.
